Trunk Twist - Exercise to Grow Taller
Stretching and strengthening the abs and back is one of the most effective ways to increase height, and one exercise that helps is the trunk twist. Sit on the floor in front of a heavy or fixed object under which you can lock your legs and exercise. Straighten your legs and place them under it. Lock your hands behind the neck. Now slowly move your torso in a wide circle around your body in one direction. You should be able to rotate for half a minute before resting for a while and reversing the direction. Repeat until your feel your abs tighten.
